I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel U Pramenu in Plzen for a business trip. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I must say, it was a great choice.

Almost perfect.

I was really impressed with the value for money at Hotel U Pramenu. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed. Plus, the location was super convenient for exploring the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even preparing us a delicious late-night meal when we arrived too late for dinner at the restaurant.

When it came to breakfast, the only thing that could have been better was the variety of items offered.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was clean and had great facilities. We were particularly happy with the breakfast, staff and transportation as they were all very convenient. Also, the hotel has a great location in a quiet area, yet it is very close to the city centre.

We enjoyed a peaceful night and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel environment was quiet and we even received a complimentary bottle of Czech wine upon checkout as a thank you gesture. The employees were kind and helpful, with the cook even going out of his way to prepare a late-night meal for us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I also appreciate the fact that they offer laundry services, which was a great help during my stay. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch and added to the overall warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions of the area and is situated in a rather quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was rich and satisfying. The hotel also offers a spacious parking lot for its guests.

The Wi-Fi in the room needs improvement, as it only works in the corridor and requires a separate code for each device from the reception, valid for just one day.

The hotel had a modern feel and was conveniently located near both the old town square and a shopping district. The breakfast provided a great selection of delicious food.

The staff didn't seem very friendly and we had some issues with the temperature control and noise level due to a nearby wedding party.

The person at the information desk initially insisted that we pay the full listed price for the room, which was significantly higher than what we had booked.

The hotel provides an Easter egg hunt activity for the kids and a small gift for adults upon arrival. The location is good with easy access to restaurants and shops, and the room was clean and comfortable. Another great aspect of our stay was the small spa that we had access to during our stay.
